Promina Ginseng Pearl Cream for acne and scars?

Hello acne mantra… i have recently come across this product named “PROMINA ginseng pearl cream”…one of my relative used it for years..and swears it is a effective cream for acne and acne scars.but i feel very hard to trust on any product related to acne..its ingredents used are:ETROLATUM, MINERAL OIL, CI 77891,CERESIN, BEESWAX,LANOLIN,TALC,NIACINAMIDE,FRAGRANCE, ZINC OXIDE, TITANIUM DIOXIDE, C12-15 ALKYL BENZOATE,CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE, MELALEUCA ALTERNIFOLIA(TEA TREE)LEAF OIL,WATER,PROPYLENE GLYCOL,PANAX GINSENG ROOT EXTRACT, PEG-40 HYDROGENATED CASTOR OIL,TRIDECETH-9,PEARL POWDER,STEARYL GLYCYRRHETINATE, POLYHYDROXYSTEARIC ACID,ALUMINUM STEARATE.ALUMINA,CI 47000,CI 26100.PLEASE HELP ME OUT!

I checked the skin ingredient tool for this product and it raised my eyebrows 🙂 … It has 8 comedogenic ingredients and they are

 

Ceresin is mildly comedogenic
Lanolin is comedogenic
Peg-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil is mildly comedogenic
Polyhydroxystearic Acid is comedogenic
Talc is mildly comedogenic
Zinc Oxide is mildly comedogenic
Beeswax is mildly comedogenic
Mineral Oil is mildly comedogenic

Do not go for these whitening creams , they cause more harm than good in the long run …and yes they`ll break you out terribly.
