Can we use lacto calamine and sunscreen together?

I really loved ur website, its very useful.

I am using La Roche-Posay Effaclar face wash for oily and acne prone skin and La Roche-Posay Effaclar Astringent Lotion after that and then applying lacto calamine.

But due to my job i have to be outdoors, so i terribly need sunscreen as only lacto is not sufficient.

So tell me can i use Vichy Capital Soleil Micro-fluid Mat for Face – SPF 50+ and Lacto calamine together?

Hi Kamini, Vichy Capital Soleil Micro-fluid Mat for Face – SPF 50+ has glycerin and Soyabean Oil among its ingredients. These ingredients should be enough to provide light moisturization. Also, this sunscreen provides a matte finish. So, using Lacto Calamine is actually redundant with it.

Vichy Capital Soleil Micro-fluid Mat for Face – SPF 50+ is not non-comedogenic, just so you know.

Lacto Calamine does have zinc oxide which is good for acne prone skin. If you still want to use it, you could use it at night.
