Though these are points known already, worth reminding ourselves. I just replaced my first office coffee with milk!

@catonthewall all the points are great should be followed in our day to day life.but please don’t cut on coffee.2 cups of hot coffee a day is better than 9 cups of green tea.

I am seeing a first person encouraging my coffee intake, Like like like :mrgreen:

Actually I am taking nearly 4 cups of coffee a day. Filter coffee at home and automatic vendor machine coffee at office. Just replacing the vendor coffee with milk and enjoying amma’s filter coffee 🙂

Hey 🙂 to much of anything is not good @catonthewall .two cups of hot coffee a day is good for health-everyone says. anyway, like you said no nescafe or cold coffee or cappucino can beat amma’s good ol’ padma coffee 😀

Yes Bargavi, that’s why I am trying to reduce it to three atleast 🙂 True, other coffees can’t even come near to amma’s coffee 🙂 But replacing it with milk is also not good, milk can cause skin problems and increase weight. Rightly milk, salt, sugar are called white poisons.

You re right @catonthewall in this summer you can try having yoghurt instead of white milk.it cooling, energising and good for health too.
