Hello Monica. It might seem strange to every one but I too had the same experience with suncote. Although it didnot break me out immediately, but I did get some pimples after 3-4 days of using suncote. But I am not sure if I can warrant it to suncote as I pushed myself into other products at the same time. So I don’t know which was the culprit. So it might or might not be the same with you as well. But just in case, remove suncote from your regimen currently for the next one week or so. Let your skin calm down and go into the sun as less as possible. Then once this is done with, in the mornings before going into the sun, put on suncote a good 20 mins before and let it absorb. Mind you don’t put on too much. It will spread on your face thus judge accordingly. And after coming back, wash your face thoroughly with a neutral cleanser. Before going to be wash your face again with Kernacyl.

Hi Monika, my bro also broke out after using suncote. Actually every sunscreen will cause breakouts if you do not use an appropriate acne cream. Also make sure the acne cream is not irritating your skin. If every chemical sunscreen breaks you out then you can opt for a physical sunblock. Dermalogica has one purely physical sunblock. It is available on medplusbeauty.com but it is mighty expensive. Clinique also has one but it is not entirely physical. Cheaper alternatives are Calak Lotion by Shalaks Pharma and Markal Calamine Lotion by Mark India. But they are weak sunscreens and Calak can leave a white cast on brown skin. Hope this helps.. 🙂

you can go for UVmed by Ethicare Remedies.

Hi Monika,

I agree with Ajazz. UVmed is also good choice.  I am currently using lotus 3 in 1 but we are having mixed results out there so i dont want to recommend it to you.

You can look into its description of UV med on ethicare  site.

If you are ready to wait for few days then our two friends @sureshbabu @silpaabhilash will be back with the results/feedback about UV med :):)
