Trigaine Shampoo

0

Is trigaine shampoo sulphate free ? I have been using himalaya shampoo in the hope that it`s sulphate free – but they have just mentioned sles free ont he pack – not sure if it`s actually sls free. Also, body shop rainforest shampoo`s ridiculously priced and I have long hair. So I am not going to repurchase. 😛 Can I go ahead with trigaine? The only reason I`m not going for it – is 1.the extremely difficult procedure I have to go through to get the stuff

2. Minoxydil salt can react with tretinoin – it`s written on the packaging and apparent ly , as the company puts it in a how`s-the-weather-today tone – the reaction may be fatal. Phew. 😛

PS – I`m addicted to the song Laal Ishq – though the movie was absolutely a bummer. I mean , death from drunken beer fights , chopping off fingers , killing off people , annoying women , then shooting each other before consummating marriage -just when the two khandaans decide to patch up ? hneh ? Are you serious ? Spare me the horror. XD

hellooo … well even I faced the same confusion .. I am using sls sles free shampoos for over an year. Now I didn’t much like the body shop rainforest range my other favorite was forest essential but they pretty expensive and I have thick long hair so bottle last just 2 weeks Max.
here is a list of sles sls free shampoo well budget ones
yes Himalaya is free from sls sles
iht9 lass naturals shampoo free of sls sles and parabens ( am currently usjng it and loving the same)
aromamagic thriphala shampoo ( the pack doesn’t mention sls or sles in the ingredients list)
giovani range ( this little expensive around 400)
vcare Shikakai paste ( cheap no chemicals but availability is an issue)
a few shampoos by khadi is sls sles free u need to check the ingredients list I can’t really remember their name( think bhringaraj and amla shampoo)
biotique Bio kelp ( it doesn’t have sls or sles mentioned in the ingredients list)

yes organic surge is sulphate free…

aww 🙂  np… suave and vo5 are available online  and they are pretty decent too …I didnt really like the lass natural conditioner but shampoo and il is nice. esp oil leave hair soft and  reduced hair fall too. The thing with shampoo just like with most sls and sles free ones , you need a lot of quantity to wash out the oil. Yes khadi is very drying , and caused hair fall too 🙁 … there is also organix range, its pretty decent little expensive …even boots has one shampoo think seaweed one free of sls and sles.More than the sls and sles, what u need to check is the silicones in your conditioner, esp the ones which arent water soluble, they really cause product build up and damage ur hair 🙂

@silpa abhilash – you are the best …thank you so much. Yes I have been thinking about using lass naturals for quite sometime – especially because it comes with the shampoo , conditioner and the oil , in a pack , within 600 bucks I believe. I have to check that out. Khadi , I believe will dry my hair out severely…tried body shop – it`s good but expensive , and himalaya is okay not bad…

great compilation of information…thank you…Loreal has a sulphate free shampoo which hasnt been launched in india. And yes I knew about the giovanni ones – but they seem too cosmeticky to me.

Abroad they have drugstore brands like suave and VO5 which are sulphate free…
